At Level 99 Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply download, print, and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
